Subscription Process
The subscription process follows 6 key stages and at each stage we will send you an email confirming the status of the request and any actions you need to complete.
- Subscription Request Confirmation – after you have placed your subscription request, we will email you to confirm that your request has been received by us and is being processed
- Subscription Agreement – once any finance checks are completed, we will email you a link to your Subscription Agreement. The link will open your agreement in DocuSign to enable you to review and digitally sign the agreement.
- Shipping Address Confirmation – if it is your first order, we will also need you to confirm your shipping address and identity. We will email you a link to Yoti. This link will start the process to verify your shipping address and identity.
- Shipping Confirmation – we will email you with confirmation that your goods have been shipped together with a tracking link
- Delivery Confirmation – we will email you to confirm the goods have been delivered
- Subscription Live – once you have accepted the goods the subscription will become live and we will send you an email with a link to your subscription documents
