Subscription Process

The subscription process follows 6 key stages and at each stage we will send you an email confirming the status of the request and any actions you need to complete.

  • Subscription Request Confirmation – after you have placed your subscription request, we will email you to confirm that your request has been received by us and is being processed
  • Subscription Agreement – once any finance checks are completed, we will email you a link to your Subscription Agreement. The link will open your agreement in DocuSign to enable you to review and digitally sign the agreement.
  • Shipping Address Confirmation – if it is your first order, we will also need you to confirm your shipping address and identity. We will email you a link to Yoti.  This link will start the process to verify your shipping address and identity.
  • Shipping Confirmation – we will email you with confirmation that your goods have been shipped together with a tracking link
  • Delivery Confirmation – we will email you to confirm the goods have been delivered
  • Subscription Live – once you have accepted the goods the subscription will become live and we will send you an email with a link to your subscription documents

Product Selection

Choosing the right tech for your business can be difficult and time consuming.  We take the difficulty out of finding the right products by selecting a range of products to meet different business requirements.  Our experts have reviewed products from multiple manufacturers and selected products based on their capability, performance and cost.

To help you quickly and easily find the right product we have categorised products on three simple measures:

Capability – the overall range of functions and features each product has.  Products are rated from 1 to 5, categorising devices from basic entry level device to a high-performance products.

  1. Entry level performance, supporting simple business tasks
  2. Basic business level performance, supporting day-to-day tasks
  3. Business level performance, supporting complex business tasks
  4. High performance, supporting demanding business tasks
  5. Top performance, supporting the most demanding business tasks and professional applications

Class – we class products in three categories: Value, Business and Premium.  The category a product is placed in depends on a combination of features, build materials and target user.

Cost – we categorise products into 5 cost bands to help you select products that meet your budget

Using these categories, you can easily sort our products based on your business needs and budget, helping your find the right product for your business.

Shipping

All costs include shipping.  We will inform you by email when your product(s) has been shipped and will include a tracking link to the courier delivering the goods.  The courier will inform you directly of the date and time for delivery either by email or SMS.  Please ensure that you are available to receive the delivery.  You will be asked to confirm your identity when the goods are delivered. 

Do not accept goods if the packaging is damaged or looks tampered with.  Please check the goods as soon as possible after delivery.  Please ensure that you sign the Delivery Certificate as soon as you have inspected the goods.

Product Support

For your peace of mind all the products available from us are fully supported by a manufacturer warranty for the duration of the subscription.  In most cases this will be a next day on-site warranty meaning that you do not need to send the product away to be fixed.

Account Support

You can manage all aspects of your account on our website.  Log into your account by clicking the ‘Login / Register’ button displayed’ on the top right of the home screen.  After you have logged in just click on your name to access your account details.  From the ‘My Account’ page you can view your subscriptions plus change your details and addresses.
