Frequently Asked Questions

How can I check the status of my subscription?

You can check the status of any of your subscriptions by logging into our website, then clicking on your name and then selecting ‘My Subscriptions’.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We aim to process subscription requests within two business days and get your agreement to you for approval.  Once you have signed this, we will arrange shipment of the goods, typically this is overnight delivery.

How do I recover my account password?

Click on the ‘Login / Register’ button on the top right of the home screen and then select ‘Lost your password’.

What if I need to modify my order?

You can modify your order at any point up to the point where you sign the Subscription Agreement.  Just call us on 0845 299 6000 or email us at support@tecsub.co.uk

What if I need to change my shipping address?

On your first order we can only ship to your verified address, and this cannot be changed.  For subsequent orders you can update your address by going to your ‘My Account’ page and selecting the ‘My Addresses’ option.

What happens if my device breaks?

All products are supported by manufacturer warranty for the full duration of the subscription.  Please visit our support page for the support contact details of each manufacturer.
